Help! Bridemaids Boxes

Catherine, on November 17, 2022 at 10:18 AM Posted in Family and Relationships 0 3

Is it weird to get your bridemaids/jr bridesmaid/mother of the bride/mother of the groom different colored "asking" boxes? They are all the same box, wording, & all the stuff is the same in it but they would be different colors/themes (floral, rustic, rose gold, etc) & the tumblers would also be different colors depending on the theme. Thoughts/recommendations? THANKS!!

There is nothing wrong with doing different colored boxes! I think that sounds like a fun way to make each one slightly different. Though I would maybe ask them first, and then give them the boxes after they say yes, since elaborate boxes might make some people feel pressured to say yes.

Totally understand thinking “oh is it weird if -?” The answer is no lol literally no one will care if they are different colors/themes/fonts. Originally I thought it mattered but now that I’ve actually given them to my girls I realized no one cares about that haha they just appreciate the gift and are excited you asked them!
I wanted the cool clear boxes I saw on YouTube/Tiktok but they were too pricey so I did plain white boxes from Amazon, got a candle, bath bomb, and ring dish from Target, Bridesmaid cards from Amazon, and wrapped it all up with pretty ribbon and they turned out cute! My girls thought they were adorable.

As long as you give them privately after being clear about expectations and expenses with each and they agree at that point, then there should not be any issue that they are different.
