  Maybe Etsy would have something similar? You could also try talking to one of the shops on Etsy and send them pictures and see if they could make something similar!

  I'd check Amazon for "bridal sash pearls". A bunch popped up. And I agree with Alyssa that if you show the photo to a couple of Etsy shops they might be able to make you a similar one!
