Help! August 2019 Brides

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand I lost a week to whatever it was that felled me last Tuesday.

UGH.

...Help.

Reading others comments makes me relieved! I feel way behind. We're getting married August 4th. Outdoor wedding, trying to keep everything simple, but elegant.
We still need:
- to send out invitations
-hair and make up
-caterer
-cake
-florist
-tables and chairs
- groom's wear and reception dress
-DIY decorations
-plan bridal shower and bachelor/bachelorette parties

And I think that's all the big ones. Congratulations and good luck to all of the lovely August brides! 💕

Ok, I think I am catching up. After I got sick, the priest said no and we had to scramble all over again.

But, we've got an officiant, ceremony space, ordered flowers, ordered invites, and we're supposed to get a cake contract soon. FH and the BM figured out suits, now they just have to get them all in to order them. Ordered my ring, and FH decided on his.

The Knot's checklist says I'm 48% done now, so I think I can stop panicking.

We were going to go to the courthouse this year and a wedding in the future, but since we have no idea where we’ll be living due to the military, we decided to plan a small ceremony this year instead. So I’m just a liiittle behind.
Our date is 8/31 and I’m in the process of booking our venue now. Whoops.

Honestly, the only things I’m remotely stressed about are finding a dress and photographer. Otherwise, especially with it being a small and pretty casual wedding, I feel like the rest is going to fall into place pretty well
