I don't know if this is the place to ask, BUT i'm not finding any answers so I figured i'd give it a shot. My S.O and I are providing our own alcohol, serving only one signature drink, a fancy shot, and Beer. The Question is we want to have amaretto sours (cocktail) but make it into a punch because at our venue we are not allowed to have a bartender and don't want to assign someone for free to stand and serve the drink.. how do i make amaretto punch? and would it not settle after 1-3 hours of sitting there... the "punch" would be in a glass drink dispenser so there is no way to just easily shake up before someone pours a drink.. I cannot claim to be the smartest when it comes to alcohol, as both my S.O and I don't really drink often.. any advice, or help in the right direction is greatly appreciated! Please, keep the shaming me for another time
