Hello June 27, 2020 Brides!!! (kind of a long read!)

We are officially under the 6 months mark and I am crazy excited!!! I’m just wondering where everyone is with planning. I have my dress and plan on doing the first fitting mid-March. Of course all the deposits have been made (There were a lot of deposits).


I told my FH that I wanted everything (minus the caterer) to be paid for by mid-May. That way the only thing we will have to focus on will be things tied around our rsvps. Thankfully a lot of our vendors are allowing us to make payments. So we are currently making payments to the reception venue, photographer, decorator and cruise. We are putting money into an account for the DJ, the band (for the wedding), the vocalists, caterer and cake).
I have chosen several dress options for my bridal party and had those dresses added to my bridal account so they will know exactly what to choose from. They can go in anytime now to try on dresses.
My mom and aunt are making my bouquets for the bridal party and we are currently purchasing flowers (they will be artificial) for those.
The only thing we haven’t settled on is the rehearsal dinner. We still don’t know where yet or how much to budget to spend. With the cost of everything else, I don’t want to spend a lot on the rehearsal dinner.
We have a lot done, quite a few things in progress and still feel like a lot left to do!
