My coworker has a heart shaped e-ring. I always thought it was unique. I personally have never seen anyone else that has one like that...until well now haha. I personally prefer engagement rings that stray from the "norm", that's why I designed mine.

As PPs have said, as long as you love it that's all that matters.

I personally do not like them. I don't like the "trendy" things. I am more traditional in my style to make sure it never goes out! All that matter is you love it though!!! I have a friend and a sister with a heart shaped ring as well!

I thought I would get one this time, but decided on an emerald cut myself, because I was worried the end of the heart would rip my gloves at work (nursing).

It's so pretty I have a heart shaped ruby ring at home that I adore and I've had it over 10 years. My e ring is a marquise cut so I got a lot of the "it's too trendy and not sophisticated" comments too but it fits with who I am

If you want honesty out of that curiosity, I don't care for the shape. I personally aged out of heart shaped anything years ago.

But, if you love it, who cares?
