Hawaii 2022 help

Ashley, on December 2, 2020 at 10:10 AM Posted in Planning 0 6
We are getting married on our 10 year anniversary and are looking at Maui and Oahu. I really need help navigating these prices I’m getting back. Has anyone gotten married in Hawaii for less than 7000 with 40 guests or less and had ceremony and reception with dinner. Everything seems to be all separate prices for everything to the point I don’t even know what to ask these vendors.

I am getting married in 2022, on our 25th elopement anniversary. However, it’s intimate, as I always wanted, so I can directly have our 1st honeymoon right after the ceremony 😂

Hawaii is expensive. Our tickets for 6 (plus kids) are already $6,300. We choose Hawaii because that’s what I wish in 1998.
If you aren’t fix with Hawaii, try a cheaper destination. My friend got married in Cabo, with 27 people for $5000ish in total (flights not included of course). It include a huge airbnb for all, rental cars, venue, flowers, cake, food, drinks, lights and dj, etc.

I'm sure it can be done. I would check with some vendors via thumbtack.

Thank you Smiley smile. I actually meant 7000 for just the ceremony reception part not including travel

Oh, then depending how you want your wedding to be. Most venue has different packages, and I am sure you can choose one that you like and fits your budget.

I live on Oahu. We are planning for more people, so I don’t know exactly what costs would be for 40 people. But, it’s probably doable if you are strategic about it. Hotels are really the only venues I know of that would be all inclusive, and they would not fit your budget. Heeia state park is a great low cost venue. Yes, you have to find your own vendors but it’s worth it to save money and pick what you like.
