Has Anyone Used or Plan to Use Uber Black?

I found this on their website. You just do it in the Uber app. https://www.uber.com/ride/how-uber-works/scheduled-rides/
Uber x are their cheaper cars, Uber premium is the more high end cars like a Lexus or Mercedes, and Uber XL are suburbans or minivans if you have more than 4 people or need more room. I don’t believe they have anything called Uber black anymore.

You have to use the uber app. You can schedule a ride in advance through the app.

I will be doing This myself as well due to my ceremony and reception is all in one area....so we only needed one way there. But I believe it’s UBER XL- it’s about 50$-90$ Which is affordable and they are luxury cars

We used Uber XL. You can create an event and create a code for your guests to use in Uber so that all the rides are paid for under one person. It was easy and everyone loved it!

We plan on using it after the wedding. We're headed a few blocks back to the hotel/after party area. We don't have a wedding party, it's just us. Didnt seem cost effective to rent anything. Sacrifices had to be made, and limos were the first thing to go!

Thanks everyone! The tricky thing is Uber is not available where we live, so I won't be able to log in and schedule something till we get home to Virginia. But this is all great info! I cannot stomach paying someone $450 for a 10 minute ride LOL

Did you do this? Was there a fee for setting up the event code? Did they guarantee Ubers in the area if you set up an event? Sorry for the barrage of questions....just can't seem to find answers on their website.

The guy who wanted $450 did have some gorgeous cars, we were eyeballing his vintage cream-colored Roles Royce but that was the minimum and we wouldn't leave till after dark so the photos wouldn't even be worth it. I was like, nahhhh... lol
