Has anyone tried t25?

And if so, can you share your results, and what diet plan you used to go along with it. I would love to try it but I dont want to do the shakes. I would like to do weight watchers along with it and hopefully that will work.

I'm doing it now, the results are great, I'm doing the shakes with it but that's just because it came with the package I bought. The shakes are good but not great .. I still find myself hungry with the shakes so I think with a normal diet it will work better for me. I think WW would be great to do it with, you get a free coach I recommend colleen errington .. she's mine and she's super helpful with tips and she has a facebook group set up where you can check in and if your having trouble she guides you along.

I've been doing it off and on and TRUST ME...when you're consistent and watch what you eat you will see results! I started seeing a difference in my legs after a week...Now granted my legs are always the first thing to tone, but nothing ever works that fast for me. Not too long after that I started seeing definition in my arms and my stomach started going down. I also do yoga right afterwards and it's the perfect combo. I love it! Now if only I could be motivated to get up and do it every day. lol

Oh and as far as eating...I try to eat like **** cals a day of good foods like eggs, green smoothies (homemade), salad, fish, chicken breast etc. And on the weekends I treat myself with a treat like dinner somewhere or yummy desert.

I'm starting it in two weeks. I'm currently doing hip hop abs and have lost 6 lbs so far. I changed eating habits as well.

I've done his insanity workout in the past and it was great....I'm debating doing the t25 since it's less of a time commitment.

I am going to start the 30day little black dress challenge, but I'm looking to tone more than weight loss.

Yes and I love it! I'm doing this with Weight watchers and have lost 20 lbs on weight watchers since my start in January. The 1st week I did T25 on my own I was recovering from the nasty virus going around so I only did 3 days. This last week I completed the whole week and even did the 2 a day Friday challenge. It's a great workout and when you complete each day you'll feel like Rocky when he reached the top of the stairs (I know I did) lol! I suggest giving it a try. My cousins joined me and we all feel the burn and sweat like we've been working out for 2 HOURS!!!

I loved it. I went all the way through the Alpha and halfway through the Beta. I had to stop though because I had lost 2 dress sizes since buying my dress (about 8 lbs through T25) and my steamtress was worried what would happen if I tried to take in my dress any further than that. I plan to take it back up again full force after the wedding.

It is a great workout, but beware, if you have bad knees, ankles or hip flexors this is NOT the work out for you. Tons of jumps, squats and high impact movements. They have a modifier who does lower impact movements but it is still quite a lot.

Here is a blog which I found helpful, she reviews the entire workout program. http://dumbbellsanddiapers.com/focust25

I'm doing it right now and really enjoy it. There is enough variety in the workouts and it's nice that it doesn't require much equipment.
