Has anyone ordered from Dorris Wedding?

I haven't personally, but I got scammed by another bridesmaid/wedding dress company so I'm super aware of these things. I found their TrustPilot and it looks like a similar scam that seems to be creeping up everywhere. They do ship things, but it's no where near what is promised on the website.

These kinds of websites know that people write reviews on Trust Pilot so they flood them with their own positive ones since there's no limit on how many reviews can be posted. I'd be wary of this one!

I would definitely not order anything from them. Reviews look horrible.

Yes I saw there TrustPilot. I do believe it is a scam sadly. All of my Bridesmaids ordered their dresses from there and won't be receiving them in time for my July 21st wedding. I will now be paying for new dresses elsewhere Very stressful seeing as theirs 11 days till my wedding. To top it off they have awful customer service, and do not respond at all.

Oh gosh I am SO sorry!! That is the worst feeling. I'm sure it's the last thing anyone wants to do right before a fun wedding, but it seems like the only way to get money back is to keep hounding them and threatening legal action. You could even have someone pose as a lawyer. I hope you can find some replacements!! Best of luck

The website is a scam and the reviews on there are all fake! I have tried mostly several bad reviews but they don’t show up! They sent me a cheap piece of garbage that looked nothing like the pictures. The cheap beading was falling off zipper was broken. The dress had a train which I was told it was a floor length dress without a train and it was the wrong color. They would do nothing to write their wrong. I even had proof of e-mails I sent them prior to ordering the dress of them saying it was a floor length dress. I sent them pictures of the dress and the damage and all they said was sorry we do not except returns! Please, please, please save yourself the time, money and frustration and DO NOT fall for this scam!! You will regret it and be out the money. It seems to good to be true because IT IS!

The seller sent me a custom order dress that cannot be returned but sent a dress that was not sewn properly the hem needs to completely be done the train is poorly made and doesn’t sit right. The breast cups are not appropriately sized for the measurements given. The dress coat 173.00 and they offered 10 dollar credit. A seamstress will not touch it for under 100 dollars and that’s just to make it fit and not even fix the bust area that put in very small cups even though the measurement was given lastly I offered to return the dress for them to fix it and they said they can’t do that. Then they can back w 50 dollars. It’s not like I paid 50 dollars for this dress I paid for a specific dress to fit and expected high quality for the cost. I can’t get the dress fixed for 50 dollars. Now I have to purchase another dress. So frustrating. And I’m stuck with this unusable wedding dress bc I don’t know how to fix it.
