Venue was easily the hardest choice for us. And I'm still not sold on it and we've already paid half, so I just have to live with it. We wanted somewhere All(or at least mostly) inclusive that had the "feel" we both liked. I liked another venue, but FH thought the overall Quality was worth more at the one we chose (the price was virtually the same) and he's probably right, but still. I don't really have dress regret, but I have venue regret lol

Definitely the florist! Quoting was different for each one, as well as quality of their work! I wanted the best deal, but I also wanted someone who knows what they're doing, so we went for a medium range priced florist, and so far we are very happy! Smiley smile

The photographer was definitely the hardest and easiest all rolled into one. I didn’t want to spend a fortune and I felt like all the photographers in the area created the same cookie cutter photos. I looked through tons of portfolios and honestly none of them stood out. My mom convinced me to go to a bridal show “for the experience.” Again there were tons of photographers that were very nice but looked like they all took the same photos with different couples. Then I walked over to an undecorated table with giant albums on it and 2 women standing behind the table. The albums were GORGEOUS and different. The ladies had personality and took pride in their photos being unique to each couple. We set up a meeting and booked them at that meeting! Once I met her I knew it.

We're just really starting to get serious about our planning, so everything is hard right now. We have a venue in mind, we haven't looked at many but it's local, not very expensive, and we love it. We'll see how that goes. I do think that my hardest is the photographer; like some said they want quality for not a crazy price. Although I love looking through pictures so our photography is going to be one of the biggest things to me.

Hardest one was most definitely the venue! Making sure that they are a well oiled machine the day of the wedding is very important to my FH and I as well as great food! We went to 5-6 places before booking with a venue that we went to a previous wedding too. Being a guest at our venue definitely helped to narrow down the decision but damn was that a struggle glad its over with.

Photographer I went with our preferred vendors list & florist, I am just looking for the best price

Surprisingly it's been the DJ for us. Securing other vendors have been insanely easy but for some reason the DJ I absolutely want doesn't seem to be as interested or maybe emails just aren't getting through (next step, phone call), but just finding backup DJ options are proving difficult for me. Looks like I may need to up the budget just in case my choice DJ falls through!
