Happiest day stained with devistarion

So. A week ago my dress came in! We ALL love it!!!! (The kids and fh too because he was as excited as I was about it!!!) I tried it on, took a picture, and got out of it because I'm a klutz and will absolutely spill something on it if I wear it for more than half a minute. We were all super happy! Then we realized something. We had been so caught up in the dress excitement that we didnt realize nobody had seen our beloved pitty. We were frantically searching for her. She got super sick, super quickly and while we did everything we could do, she passed away. It was painful for us all. It's super hard to plan an amazing, happy thing when you're mourning the loss of your best friend.

    I totally get it being a fur baby mom myself. So I am very sorry for your loss. I am already mourning the day my Rottie crosses the rainbow bridge. Smiley cry

    Thank you everyone! We appreciate it! It's so hard planning one the best days of our lives without her. She was going to come along too! It sucks. A lot. It is what it is. Life happens and we just have to keep on trucking.

    I'm so sorry. I'm a pitty mom and I understand the void you feel. They are so clingy and lovable and although he get's on my nerves, I would miss him terribly.

    I'm so sorry!! I'm also a pittie mom, and I'm not looking forward to the day when I have to say goodbye to my sweet girl. They are such a huge part of our lives, and often we don't realize how huge until they are gone.

    I hope she went quickly, without too much suffering. She's running over the rainbow bridge now! May she rest in peace. Smiley heart

    Thank you so much. She didnt go easy. It was so rough. But we did what we could to help her. I know shes playing with our cats and another dog that have passed. (2 cats got hit, they weren't technically ours but we buried them, 1 passed because she was old. The other dog also got hit, we had no idea she had gotten out) we feel her around us too.

    I'm so sorry for your loss as well. I lost my sweet kitty in October of last year. She was like 10 years old so she was definitely up there. It definitely leaves a hole.

    Thank you. My girl was turning 22.. I can't complain about a lack of time.. but still so hard. It definitely does.. but it leaves room for a new pet to love ❤
