Halloween/american Horror Story bride: Help me choose accessory color

However, if you are a fan of American Horror Story: Hotel, please read on.

My fiancé & I are hosting a Halloween themed wedding and will be dressed in costume as Elizabeth & Donovan of American Horror Story: Hotel.

If you do not know the characters, they both wear gloves with long “fingernails” that are blades for cutting open their victims and feasting on their blood. 😇My fiancé will be wearing an all black patterned suit with a matte black leather glove. My glove will be rhinestones with metallic nails. Like this:

I need help choosing between black or red for my shoes & glove! I love both for different reasons. I feel like the red is more dramatic and will give a nice pop of color. The black matches her signature robe look that you see in all of promos for the show. Like this:

I'm literally reading this while re-watching AHS: Hotel (literally no joke!)
None of your photos posted but I'd go red shoes and black glove! This is a great theme!!!

Hi Sivine!! Wow, I am OBSESSED with all of this!!! I'm a huge AHS and Halloween girl so I'm loving this theme! Your dress is so gorgeous, love it!!! I say go with the red, I think it'll pop so nicely with the dress and glove!

I'm a bit behind on AHS, but being a haunter for 14 years now, I can definitely say I'm an avid Halloween lover and like your ideas. Personally. I'd say to stick with the black glove, since that matches hers and you are trying to embody her, but wear the red shoes for that contrasting color pop you are looking for.

Hi Sivine!!! It's so cool that your wedding will be inspired by the show!! I am so in love with that dress and the entire look that you're going with. Being that the dress features a copper, rose gold, and silver looking embellishments I am leaning towards the red shoe! I definitely think the red will complement the colors in the dress very well!
Can't wait to see pics from the wedding!

Thanks soon to be Mrs. H! There are a bunch of traditionalists on here that aren’t very kind to untraditional brides. I have had some other threads on here and was pretty appalled by some of the negative comments and the moderators didn’t do a thing about it.
