Had my first hair trial

Um, so basically they just sprayed your hair with texturizer....not even close to what you wanted.

I hope that trial was free! And definitely find someone else. (:

Funny that we are pinterest post twins. Yeah that is why hair trials exist because imagine that was day of. I am so sorry but some stylist cannot truly replicate looks. Definitely look for someone else and no one new ha ha.

At least you did a trial in advance and you can find someone else! Have you looked into extensions to help with length & thickness for those kind of hairstyles too? One of my bridesmaids did something kind of similar for our wedding:

it was pulled to one side but similar waves & pinned back (this isn't the best picture of her hair).

Oh no. I would let them know I think that you were unhappy with the work; they should realize that their stylist is not up to par with hopefully their expectations. Thank goodness you are going somewhere else!

Ummmmm... good thing it was just the trial. Like a previous post said - try adding some extensions for length and volume that might help you reach that look you are trying to get from the picture? Orrrr maybe just another stylist lol

So this might help you when looking for another hair stylist to do your hair trial, what you're asking for in the pinterest photo is for finger waves. It's a vintage hairstyle. So when talking to your stylist mention that the style you want is called "finger waves," though most stylists should recognize that from your inspiration photo.


Your hair should be looking like this before you're all done. Hope this helps!

I’m not a stylist and I know nothing about your hair- but it looks like it’s wet or they sprayed it a lot!? I’m confused lol 😂 I’m glad you’re being a good sport about it! Better luck next time.
