Hi, I want to invite some members of my family but my wedding will be for around 15 people only. But my problem is that if I invite only my first cousin because she has been so good with me and her husband, what would happen with her father, my uncle who I never speak with and his wife?? It’s been very difficult trying to plan a small Wedding , I actually chose that to make less complicate!😓

My husbands family did that. They invited some members of the family but not all. I thought it was awkward but they didn't because they figured they only wanted the people who they talk to and get along with there

If you're not close with this uncle and his wife, and don't speak to them, what's the problem? He might hear about the wedding, yes. He might not be pleased to find out he wasn't invited, yes. You know what I say? Oh well!! It's not the end of the world to not be invited to a wedding. If it comes up in conversation (which, why would it since you don't talk to him), the explanation is that we are having an extremely small, intimate wedding, and only our closest family and friends will be there. End of discussion.
You don't have to justify the choices you and FH make for your wedding. It's your day, do you!! Family and friends will get over it!

I would totally second Cristy's advice here! You won't be able to make everyone happy. If you want to stick to a small guest list including your first cousin, do so!
It sounds like you have a completely justifiable reason for not wanting your uncle and his wife at your wedding. If he asks you why he wasn't invited, kindly explain you were having a very intimate wedding and the guest list is limited!
