  Thank you! I will do that. The only way I’ve gotten the plus ones to work is with a brand new entry. I’m afraid I might have to reload the list.

  I resolved mine by deleting and re-uploading the entire list! It was a pain, but I got it done before the support team got to me. I like it much better now!! It’s so handy.
