Hey! Is there an application or smooth process of creating a list and keeping address for people you plan to invite to the wedding? I’m sure I could use excel. But just saying what everyone else used or is using! Thanks

You could use wedding wire for your guest list and addresses. I also have a composition book to keep track of my guest and their address. I can use my composition book to transfer their address to wedding wire that way if something happens on wedding wire I will have a backup for my guest and their addresses.

I use Excel, it's really easy, simple and neat. I love it.

I used excel because I could import and export through The Knot and it also made it easier for me to print my envelopes through mail merge.

I set up a google doc and that was the easiest way for me to manage almost everything. That being said, be careful who you allow to make edits to the doc. You MAY end up with more people than you anticipated.
