Hey all,
Needing some help. We are having a big wedding and the guest kist is so long. Its tedious to type in every single guest name so that they can visit the webpage, type their name to find self on guest list to RSVP. Is there a simpler way where the guest can just sign in if they are coming with out me creating a guest list on here? They all received a save the date with webpage info etc.
I hope theres any easier way.

You will have to put in a guest list if you're doing online RSVP's, otherwise random strangers would be able to RSVP to your wedding. If you already have the guest list typed up, you can export it.

Sure, or you could just enter it into the guest list feature on WW.

I know you can import a spreadsheet of guest info and export the list as a CSV fold through The Knot’s guest list manager, but I’m not aware of that option on WW. Hopefully I’m wrong and someone can tell you how to do it!

I just found the directions in support on how to upload an excel spreadsheet:

To import guests using our Excel spreadsheet template, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your WeddingWire account
Under 'Planning Tools', select 'Guest List'
Click the blue '+ Guest’ button
Select the 'Import Spreadsheet' tab
Click 'Download template'
Once you’ve downloaded the template, open the template in Excel and add your guests Once you’ve added your guests to the Excel spreadsheet template, save the fileUnder ‘Download template’, click ‘Import guests’
Click ‘Import guests’ again and choose the file you just saved
Review the imported guest information, then click ‘Import template’

I have the guest list on WW and did the website also. How do I get the guest list on the website so the guests can RSVP?
