We originally had about 125 on our guest list, but somehow we ended up with around 145 that we sent invites to. Fast forward and we have 118 unofficial "yes's". Now we are 15 days out and it looks like that number is dropping to about 90 due to travel expenses. I am worried that our venue will feel empty and our wedding won't have the life and busy buzz we had always imagined. I know Quality over Quantity... But is it wrong of me to be worried that we did all of this planning and the number of guests just keeps dropping?

How many guests attended your wedding? Was it close to how many you thought would? If not was it still exactly what you envisioned?

My sister wnded up having about 80-90 at her wedding and it felt like the perfect size. It was a great party and she felt like she got a chance to talk to everyone and still have time for dinner and dancing.

Yes. The week the invites went out we got a lot of phone calls from people saying they were so excited to attend our wedding but when it came time to RSVP they rsvp'd no due to flight costs Etc.
Our caterer does not need a final guest count until this Monday so that wasn't a problem.
