groomsmen and bridesmaids that are married to each other

I have to married couples in my wedding. 2 of my bridesmaids are married to 2 of my hubby's groomsmen. My question is do they have to be paired together? Is it ok for them to be lined up differently and walk with someone else? Is it ok that when they get introduced at the reception that they are introduced with who they walked with? I am printing my programs and do I have to list them together on there as well? What is the proper way for this?

It is COMPLETELY up to you! We actually have 3 married couples in our wedding party. I paired them together to be nice. But if my FH's bestman had been one of the couples with a wife that was a BM, I wouldn't have made her MOH just to make them happy. I guess it's nice to pair them together if that's somewhat of the order you were thinking of... if not, don't even worry about it. They can deal with it for the short amount of time they'll have to walk together.

I know that everything is up to the bride, but personally, i would do everything i can so that the married couples can walk together. me and my husband didn't have a fancy wedding, but if ever we do, i would see to it the married couples are together. honestly, i think it would be a little awkward and selfish to separate them just for height purposes or something equally unimportant. but that's just me!
