So my wedding is October 20. My FH told his groomsmen to have their vests ordered by this weekend because they're shipping from China and then have to be altered.

We reminded one of the groomsmen multiple times beforehand, but he kept putting it off.

Is it wrong of us to have told him he can't be a groomsmen if he hasn't ordered his vest by this weekend?

So i went through this with one of my groomsmen.. he JUST got his clothes last weekend and we are 8days away from the wedding... so you can imagine my face.. so heres what i decided in my head. "if he doesnt get his clothes in time to be altered he wont be in the wedding and we will just have one less groomsmen"
He is family and i didnt want to make a stink and cause issues after the wedding.. so i let it go.. he has the clothes and now its fine good luck!
