Hi Ladies....I have heard about Groom's Cakes before but can anybody tell me what they are for? What the tradition is surrounding them. Am I supposed to make it? It looks like a great personal touch to any wedding to have one.

    FH has this ballcap that he wears everyday! He has had it for 7 years and refuses to get rid of it. It will NOT be at the wedding, so I thought I could have a grooms cake that looked like it. We will see how it comes out.
