Groom seeing your dress?

My FH is actually helping me look for a dress. My MOH and bridesmaid has different taste and style than I do. My FH is my best option. He’s always shopping with me and he picks out amazing outfits. Plus we’ve been together for 13 years and living together for 6. I can’t just hide the dress in my closet 😂. I’m getting 4/5 different wedding dresses.

My fiance saw me in one 8 months ago - for 5 minutes... and he cried. Now he's concerned that he can't remember the details of it. And the online picture is horrible. I am convinced that I have the best of both worlds - I know he loves it/me and will still be surprised.

We live together, but no he has not seen my dress and he will not see it until the day of the wedding when I'm walking down the aisle.

I did. I tried on my dress and texted him a pic from the store because I was so excited totally forgetting he wasn't supposed to see it! I tried on others but loved this one so much, and he knows I bought it lol. He likes to joke with me about it and give me a hard time

Girl YES! And everyone thinks I’m weird for it! Lol he even came to my dress fittings and the seamstress was like “What are YOU doing here??” But he was there when I bought my dress, he knows more about tying corsets than anyone else and he’s doing my bustle. Their initial reaction is “Oh he must be controlling” or something but once they get to know him they realize we’re just not superstitious, that we’re an older relationship and we just want to be there for each other for anything, even attire. We’re going to help each other get ready too.
He’s an eccentric groom, he’s girly and fun like me! He picked out my flower crown, he helped put my look together. I was excited and proud to show him my dress and he actually took pics to show his coworkers, he loves my dress. ❤️

Absolutely not!! FH is very nosey, my dress is one thing I don't want him to see I really want our day to be very special, FH has his nose in everything else but the dress that's where I draw the line.

Not before the wedding day, but before we get married i believe. The reason is so we (the wedding party) can get all the photos taken before guests come and possibly interrupt haha.

We live together and my dress is hanging in my closet but my FH is determined not to see it and say's he doesn't even have the slightest interest to peek. It helps we each have a closet in our bedroom because he never needs to go into mine, I'm guessing it would be more difficult for him if he had to see the bag all the time.

He's seen a half body pic of me wearing the dress when I first tried it on because he really wanted to see. He does not remember what it looks like now so it doesn't matter anyway. Lol

FH is not seeing the dress until our ceremony! I’m hoping we’ll get some amazing reaction shots then, we also decided against a first look!
