Grilled Cheese Station ?

We plan to do different stations of our favorite foods . We are already doing a Pasta Bar but I want to have 2 other options along with that . We plan to do different stations of our favorite foods . We are already doing a Pasta Bar but I want to have 2 other options along with that . As a guest how would you feel about a grilled cheese station ? Before you side eye we are thinking more gourmet style with variety of meats and cheeses. I'm not going to lie I would love to have a krispie kreme grilled cheese right about now. LOL

    I, personally, would love this! We're having a grilled cheese station as our late night snack. People can choose from different breads, meats, cheese etc.

    Bacon, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese.

    Not exactly adding to your conversation, but that's my sandwich of choice.

    Yes grilled cheese! and oh yes pasta is always a favorite of mine. It usually comes with most menus any way. I would probably add some type of meat by itself. Maybe a chicken dish?

    My family loves grilled cheese. We have a lot of vegetarians, too, so that's a bonus.

    It sounds great but I agree with pp that you need a lighter option in there too. So many carbs and cheese and it's going to lead to people overfull and tired. Add in a salad station to even things out.

    We are having a salad on top of these two stations. The pasta station will be made to order and will have chicken and shrimp as add-on's. We want to add another station just isn't sure of what kind.

    Any ideas ?

    Grilled cheese and paninis are totally different! If you have lots of add ins or toppings, you could call them melts.

    Who is that monster Punkin?!?! please don't invite him OP and have all the bacon and whatever other goodness to go in your grilled cheese sandwiches!

    Since grilled cheese and pasta are already carby, Skye consider something less carby for an additional station like a carved meat or veggie kabobs. (though my real suggestion would be a mashed potato bar LOL)
