greeters?

I have asked my 2 best friends to be the ones that greet people and hand out programs as my guests come to the ceremony. I am making my website & template for the programs and I am unsure what exactly to call them. I know some websites & people have said to not put them on there but I really want them to be a part of my day as much as I can and give them recognition since they are helping with the wedding plans with te bridesmaids (we decided to keep our bridal party simple & small with just family so thats why they are not an actual bridesmaid). Any idea what the proper name is to call them on websites and programs??

What about ushers? They're basically doing the same job as an usher, so that would fit.

They won't be ushering tho..the groomsmen will be doing that...

Could you still group them in under the same title, though? Hm...if not, that's a tough one. You could just call them greeters, I guess lol. Sorry I wasn't more help!

I think calling them greeters would be appropriate. That's what they're doing, so why not call them that? I think it's nice that you're including them in your program and I think they'll appreciate it too, no matter what you call them.

How about a "Welcome Host" or "Greeting Host"? Just ideas.
