Have you talked about this with her? I've never heard of a flower girl being older then 13 or 14. In fact, the cut off is typically when girls hit their teenage years!

I haven’t but I know she will be very excited to be part of the wedding.

Have you thought of other ways you could include her? A reading of some sort? Maybe this works for you guys and if so that is great! I don't want to be negative, lol! I'm just trying to imagine my grandmother being our "flower girl" and I can't picture it.

Perhaps you could even give her another title but she will basically do the same as a flower girl!

I’ve seen flower grandma posts a few times, I think it’s a really sweet way to include her. Are you wanting ideas for a gift/proposal idea? You could bring her flowers and ask.

I think that's adorable and super sweet. Giving her flowers as Jessica suggested, or a little flower necklace or other jewelry of some kind when you ask her would work.

    Hi Jennifer!

    This is so sweet!

What is your grandma's favorite flower? You could totally give her a bunch of them! Flowers for your flower girl Smiley laugh

I LOVE the flower grandma idea - we don't have any friends or family with flower girl/ring bearer aged kids, so if my grandparents were alive, I'd be all over this trend. I like the idea of bringing her flowers, and I might throw in some home baked treats or a picture of the two of you. Good luck and make sure you share photos later!

You could get your grandma a flower crown or a bouquet of her favorite flowers. I think this is such a cute idea for your grandma!

I've seen quite a few times the "Grandmother Flower Girl" idea. I LOVE IT! I would make a proposal box with some rose petals or something. Maybe a bracelet?

I’m having my grandmother as my “flower girl” too! I just simply asked her if she would do so and she gladly accepted. She was very excited. She will be making her own flower basket for the petals. We even picked out her dress together. Good luckSmiley smile
