Who else is getting married on a golf course? Are you doing any sort of golf theme? I want to hear about why you chose a golf course and how you've had fun with the theme Smiley smile My FH and I chose our golf course, because that is where him and his father both worked when they were younger. I also have a special tie to golf courses with my grandparents. I'm looking into doing a golf themed save the date, but that might be about it.

    We got married at a golf course for the beautiful views. No golf theme but H was pretty excited for the two free rounds that were part of our package.

    I've found if you go with a smaller golf course the price is very reasonable. The larger ones are usually a little more pricey.

    We are having out recedption at a Golf Club, but no golf theme. We just really loved the venue. Plus the pictures on the golf carts are going to be SO cute! FH loves to golf and is pretty good at it, and I've been trying really had for the last 12 years to not suck at it but that's just not in the cards for me haha.

    @BrandiWeds18 The mini golf sounds so fun!! You definitely can't beat the greenery on a golf course!

    @Sydney SAME HERE. FH is super good at golfing and I try so hard, but I'm just not good lol!!

    We are getting married on a golf course that hosts the US Open on Long Island. No golf theme though.

    Ours is a country club on golf course as well. we get a free round for 4, but we are NOT golfers lol. its a local spot my family used to have Sunday breakfasts at and we just loved it from our tour. it didn't hurt that it also had the best prices BY FAR.

    I am going Dec 9th to the golf course venue I looking at (my wedding date for now is my HOPEFUL date since last time I checked the day was open but will find out on my tour if we can book or not) but either way I choose the venue because it had more of a rustic look rather than a ballroom, there is a gorgeous willow tree on the premises for pictures, it is very close to Atlantic City so there are several hotel options plus the airport since my FH has a majority of family coming in from different states, and the whole venue is just gorgeous! My FH has actually never been golfing before ! So no golf theme from us
