Gold or Rose Gold?

I'm team rose gold. Is this for your engagement ring? Mine isn't a solitaire but here it is anyway lol.

Also if you search there was just a thread about rose gold rings within the last day or so.

I'm in love with rose gold! My set is rose gold and it still goes with all my regular gold jewelry. Pic is of my engagement ring to show rose gold isn't as much of a drastic jump from yellow gold as it sounds.

I have a white gold ring.... but I think rose gold is gorgeous.

I vote rose gold! A lot of people are saying that its just a trend and that gold is more classic and will end up being better in the long run but I hate gold everything lol.

I have a white gold e-ring but my band will be 2 tone with white and rose gold because rose gold is my favorite!

Just something I was told when I got my high school ring, rose gold at 10K is very easily bent. According to them I should have been warned that rose gold is more delicate than white or yellow gold, so they fixed my ring for free. Lesson learned! My high school ring is 14K rose gold and it's lined inside with something but I forget what it is now...it was so long ago lol

I love rose Gold, my engagement ring is white with rose gold claps and my wedding will be RG themed. HOWEVER, I think rose gold is very in at the moment and may not be in the future. If yo want something classic, go for while or yellow. If you don't mind your ring being a little "timed" years from now and just love it yourself, go for rose gold!

Another vote for rose gold! I absolutely love my ring and hope it will become an heirloom. Take a look at the difference if 14k vs 18k etc. Some rose golds are pinker than others.

I love rose gold! It makes people look a bit more since it's not as common (though becoming more common) and I get so many compliments. Mostly about the rose gold part of the ring too. And rose gold really flatters all skin tones.

For those of you with combo white & rose: what happens when the white gold needs to be replated?

The pinker rose gold has more copper and less yellow gold.
