Gold and white decor?

I like gold accent pieces but I also like white accent pieces. Is it tacky or does it clash to mix these two colors together?

Thanks! I thought so too. But maybe it's the styles that are throwing me off. I found cute white chalkboards, lanterns and birdcages and I also found gold vases, candles and frames. I think I am mixing a rustic look with classical look when I put the two together. Decisions, decisions. Lol.

Gold & white go together very well! You can definitely mix two looks. My theme is "rustic glam". We have some rustic stuff, but a tone of glittery/sparkly/shiny things. I've found ways to blend them together really nicely!

Thanks! Me too! I didn't really go off any inspo pics. I just found things I liked! I love the look of lanterns, wooden pieces/signs, and I love glittery things! I just got things I thought were pretty and have been combining them into one look! Most things are "glam", but my venue is rustic, and we have a lot of wooden signs to bring in the rustic look as well.
