Yes, that’s too much. Let him have his guy time. You selected your gown and BM dresses. So let him have his time too. Definitely don’t start the marriage off by being an overbearing wife.

FH & I went alone to pick out what him & his groomsmen would wear! He wanted to make sure we both liked what he picked. I don’t think it’s crazy for you to want to go!

Just returned from that trip.
Since we are doing 7 different vest colors. And 3 different ties. My fiance was very happy that I could answer questions on who was walking with who and who needed what color.

I don't think Ill go unless he asks but I will defiantly send him with pictures to make sure he knows what the options are lol I'm just a little crazy and know him and his friends will dork around and not get things done or mess something up I really don't want to be a bridezilla so hopefully, it will all go as planned lol

My FH and I went today actually just to pick out the style and color of the tux/ties and everything else but they are going in June for fittings and I don’t plan on tagging along. He wants to make it a guys day and since he didn’t go with me to pick my dress I don’t plan on tagging along. Plus he knows if he has any issues he can text me and I’ll help out.

Since I got to pick out my dress by myself I only find it fitting that my fiancé gets to pick out his outfit by himself. We’ve discussed colors and he has a good sense of style so I trust in his ability.

Every couple of different, I definitely don’t think there are set rules on this.
My fiancé asked me to go with him and together him and I would pick out what the guys will wear and then his groomsmen just go whenever they can for the fitting (which they could all do together as a guys thing if that’s what your fiancé wants)
I personally didn’t feel that I needed to be involved in this task but my fiancé asked so of course I’ll be there. I’m sure you guys have already discussed what color suits they will wear and what accent color and if you’re worried about that color not matching your bridesmaids dresses I would try and get a swatch of the color. I have the navy swatch from azazie that my girls are doing so when we go we will bring that to march the ties and whatnot. If it’s really important to you that you’re there, then just tell him that. I’m sure he will understand and want you there

What I did was go with just him to pick out the colors so that they could register everything (especially if some of the guys live out of town) Then the guys all went together at a later time

We actually went together just him and I to pick out all the colors and stuff then he went with the guys the following weekend to get sized and lunch! It worked out pretty well!!
