I want to ask my fiances dad to give me away, but I want a cute way to do it. I was going to put a sweet poem in a card for him for fathers day. My biological father left when I was 3 and my great aunt raised me. I haven't seen him since, nor talked to him. My fiances dad has helped me alot since I moved in 4 years ago and has become a true father figure for me. Any ideas will be helpful.

    Thank you. I found a poem that says to someone special; and says will you walk me down the aisle. My family is 100% ok with him walking me down, since I'm not truly close with anyone other then my grandpa who passed away 2 years ago. Thank you everyone Smiley smile

    Thank you everyone. I showed the poem to his mom and she started crying. I'm putting it in his fathers day card.
