We are having a small destination wedding then a very large reception in our hometown two weeks later. Do we still do a gift registry?

It doesn't hurt to do a registry so that people can have ideas of what to get you. People will want to give you gifts for the shower also, so keep that in mind.

Also, if you change your avatar, you'll get more responses. A lot of time the spammers use the rings, so less people will reply
