Heads up brides who are sending out their wedding invitations and rsvp cards. I clearly addressed my wedding invitations and I put my return address on the rsvp envelope along with a stamp. But I continue to get rsvps back with no name on either the envelope or the reply card. They just checked the reply card and sent it in the mail completely blank! I don't know if others have run into this problem but if I could go back I would write the name of the family on the rsvp envelope so I could avoid this problem. It's a hassle asking around who sent their rsvp in the mail blank and trying to determine who it is.

I'm just getting ready to send mine. Thanks for the heads up. I will write number on the back of them.

If you don't wanna do the number you could get a black light pen and write the name on the bottom. The guests won't know it's there and when you get the RSVP back you can shine a light on it and you'll see who it belongs to. I got a pen and light set on amazon for a couple of bucks and it was completely worth it

I keep having this happen but not only do they not write their names or put a return address, they also don’t check yes or no. I’ve gotten two completely blank cards in the mail now.

Ugh. I am having this issue now! I bought the black light pen and forgot to use it. So now trying to figure out going by the process of elimination. Luckily some people were courteous and wrote their name and address on envelope. Some I knew their handwriting. Some I can tell by the number of people. But now the two that are left will be at the process of elimination. Hopefully we don’t have anymore problems. And I gave some people a heads up to remember to write their names.
