We are going to be pushing our luck by picking ours up a day or two before the wedding. We are getting married out of state and that is the first time we will be able to get the license. Luckily, the 3-day waiting period is waived for non-Florida residents.

FL marriage licenses are good for 60 days. Non-residents don't have the 3-day waiting period IF they BOTH are using out-of-state IDs.

I had an out-of-state couple, but she had recently moved from FL and hadn't changed her driver's license yet. They had to get a judge to waive the waiting period.
