Getting Married in August? Anyone else feel like they need more time?

I am getting married the first weekend in August. Yes it is approximately 5.5 months away and yes I am fairly organized but I feel like I need more time! Does anyone else feel this way? My maids and friends keep telling me I have lots of time but my head is swimming with all my "to do's". I have been in weddings before and have seen the last minute rushes and the brides breaking down which I have been trying to avoid by being ahead of schedule, however, I feel like I either need more help or more time! Only one of my 7 bridesmaids has bought their dress which has me a little stressed as the stores keep saying mid February is the deadline. I'm trying to be relaxed but am actually feeling very panicked now. Is this normal or am I losing it?

I am with you JC! The funny thing is that having a "wedding" was all my FH's idea. I was the one wanting to run away and get married. Invite his Mom, my Mom and that's it. He hasn't done much of the planning...although he is paying for the majority of it so I try not to complain too much.
