Anyone have issues with George Street? I've seen several people book with them, we have paid for half of our package at this point and it takes DAYS for my planner to get back to me, if they ever do.
It's all via email. I had one person at first, the consultant and she was amazing! She was responding to questions on the weekends, she was calling me to follow up and see how things were going and answering my questions about the photographers.
Then once I booked the photographer and paid for the package, we got a "coordinator" instead, and this coordinator takes DAYS to reply to my emails. I'll ask a question Monday and won't receive a response until Friday. It's to the point I forgot I even reached out to them because it takes so long.
It's to the point I want to just reach out to my photographer instead which I think is a no no with the company I booked her through.
What should I do? Anyone have issues with them??
