You could do the shoe game, wedding trivia (either about your relationship, or history of weddings), or a photo scavenger hunt.

This isn’t really a game, but some thing I saw at a wedding that I thought was really cute. Next to the guestbook, the couple had a box and notepad where guests could give suggestions for unique date night ideas, and the couple would randomly choose one of these selections from the box every month.
