I actually have some shark socks where the "cuff" part is the shark mouth. They're pretty cool. I wouldn't wear them to a wedding though...

Not sure about a different message if they hide it but in regards reinstating it, I believe they have the power to do so even if it was flagged by the community. They would just have to review the thread and if it didn't actually deserve to be flagged, would bring it back. I'm assuming that's how it works since they use the same method to evaluate individual flagged comments and bring them back if rules weren't broken.

ETA: Just saw Nicoles response about the different messages. That makes sense!
