friends copying my wedding!!

Two of my friends have been with their boyfriends for about 4 years now. I always noticed when my fiancé and me would get complimented on they would get very upset, sort of like jealousy. Around the time I met my fiancé they were both going through a rough patch of infidelity, so I assumed it was based on that. Now that I got engaged, they pushed there boyfriends to propose THAT SAME MONTH. My theme is turq./red carnival, one is having a turquoise wedding the other a red wedding. I'm getting married in April, ones getting married in March the other in May of the same year. They are having the same favor boxes, vendors, photographer and wedding designer as me! I can't help but feel hurt. I don't feel like its "MY" day anymore its like a completion. Many of our guest that will be attending our weddings were even commenting how alike they were. One even said that she didn't want to be married but since they told everyone she felt embarrassed to take back what she said. I just feel so hurt
