I am trying to find a good foundation that will last if not all day most of the day and something that does not has spf. I've been looking into the NARS all day luminous weightless foundation. Is anyone familiar with that one? I'm open to all recommendations. I'm a combination skin type and extremely fair skin.

ETA. Can you give me pros and cons of foundations?

For your wedding day (or any event that you will be photographed lots at), I recommend Makeup Forever HD Foundation.

Go to sephora and have them color match you. Tell them your skin type. They can give you three samples of foundation. Go home and try each one on different days so you can see for yourself how it wears on you. Everyone's skin is different, what works for one won't work for another

NARS Skin Tint is my everyday foundation. I've got combination skin and am extrememly pale as well. It's got 30 SPF, it's buildable up to extremely full coverage, and it stays put.

I've been using urban decay all nighter foundation. Love how you don't even need much and it lasts all day!

@jessieJV I've tried countless high end foundations and have found several that will oxidize like @savannah said. Just because something is expensive doesn't mean it's worth it or works perfect for everyone. I wouldn't recommend mac even though it's considered a high end product. Op, if you like full coverage I recommend kat von d foundation and powder. If you like build-able coverage I recommend make up forever. That's what quite a few make up artists use.

So there is this weird space where you have to account for people's individual skin needs.not every job end foundation will work for you. Because it will oxidized or separate. But to some extent yes. You pay for what you get.

Now that the drug stores are stepping up their game, it's harder to say that. I have gone through two bottles of wet n wild photo finish foundation.

    It's good. Especially for a 6$ product.

Is it as good as the 70_ foundation I love? Nope. But it's still good.

Mufe? Not a fan. Doesn't look good on me. It settles and separates. But when you find the right product for your skin is magic.

    Another vote for Double Wear

I'm an avid fan of beauty videos on YouTube and have been watching bridal makeup videos to get a sense of what's out there and comes recommended and have been hearing a lot about the new Giorgio Armani Power Fabric ..it has a SPF but it sounds like it doesn't cause flashback.

It really depends on your skin. For most foundations, you'll also want a good primer and setting spray, to make them really last.

I'd recommend going to Sephora to get some samples. They will give you enough for about 2 uses, sometimes a little more. If you don't know your color, have them do a ColorIQ scan that will tell you exactly what shades to start with. I'd try to test whatever you plan to use for a couple of days to make sure it jives with your skin. I've had some foundations that I thought I loved, that have ended up making me breakout and or get really dry in some areas.

I have dry to combo skin. I really like the Estee Lauder Double Wear. I use the Too Faced 3 in 1 Primer, Becca Backlight Priming Filter, and Urban Decay All-Nighter Setting Spray.

For my wedding day, I'm using the Dior Air Flash instead of the Double Wear, because I like the finish in photos. But both are really nice.

ETA: For what it's worth, I wear the IT Cosmetics CC Cream as my everyday, light make up. I would NOT wear it on your wedding day. It will cause some serious flashback with flash photography, since it has SPF 50. It's beautiful for everyday wear, but not good for a day where you're being heavily photographed.
