...how are you getting your photographer and day of coordinator to each location?

I am getting ready at a hotel which will also serve as our reception space, and the ceremony will take place at a church two miles away. How should I get my photographer and DOC from the hotel to the church and back? Should they ride with me in the limo if there’s room? Should I order an Uber for them? Should they figure that out themselves?

They will probably drive themselves unless you want them in the limo for photos.

Hey there!
Have you reached out to them and asked how they usually get from one location to another? or check your contracts with them to see if it is your responsibility to transport them. If it is up to you, you could order them an Uber, unless you want the photographer in the limo to take photos of you en route.
