Now, I'm not a fan of diets. I hate them in fact, but my future mother-in-law recommended a diet that she used and lost about 36 pounds in 3 months or so. It's the cabbage soup diet. I've been on it for about 3 days now and have lost about 5.7 pounds. It requires dedication. Each day is something new and you have to stick to it and not cheat. A fellow bride on here also recommended the Apple Cider Vinager diet and my gag reflex just wasn't allowing it so I had to look for an alternative. If any of you are interested just let me know and I can email you the diet. It only requires 7 days and you can lose up to 17 pounds in a week. Pretty nice deal. I'm planning on jump starting my body this week, maintaining and do the diet for 7 days each month until my wedding. I just thought I'd share this amazing diet.
