How are you going about doing it? What time is your set up??? Do you have a bunch of people enlisted to help??

I'll be there as early as i can day before along with as many victims i can find. We have to string a bunch of twinkle lights from the ceiling - which is my biggest concern. The rest could be done morning of if necessary. And our caterer and venue will help with the smaller items as well.

Our wedding/reception was here at home and my family took care of setting everything up that morning.

We were lucky and got our reception venue the day before. So we had all day the day of the rehersal to set up. DH, his neice, SIL, my BFF, and her husband were there all day and a few other BM's helped after they arrived mid afternoon.

I think we can do it, but I'm worried about the caterer/linen ordeal.....since we sort of need the linens on the tables first....that's if we don't buy the linens ourselves.

We have the hall all day Friday (saturday 2pm wedding). A bunch of people will be in town already, but the venue and caterer will do most of the set-up.
