For sit down dinner there’s a choice of either Pretzel Chicken, Prime Rib, or Lemon- Parmesan Tilapia. All of them will include mixed veggies and roasted potatoes.
Our package included a ton of hors d’oeuvres, but I couple that I remember choosing were meatballs, shrimp, and pigs in a blanket.
And for dessert, there will be wedding cake. Guests can choose either marble or red velvet!

We have an hour of passed hors d'oeurvres with 4 choices for the guests:

I think we've decided on these 4 dishes: Bruschetta with Tomatoes, Basical and Roasted Garlic // Quesedilla with Mojo Chicken, Manchego Cheese and Onion Jam // Lobster Mac and Cheese with Truffle Oil and Micro Greens // Mini Beef Wellingtons.

We will also have a cheese display: Imported and Domestic Cheese Garnished with Fresh Fruit.

For dinner, we will have an attended serving at a Pasta station. The options include: Five Cheese Tortellini, Artichoke, Pesto and Pomodoro Sauces and Cracked Black Pepper // Penne Pasta, Marinara Sauce, Kalamata Olives, Basil and Crushed Red Pepper // Gnocchetti, Shrimp, Tomato Mascarpone Sauce // And assorted Breads to go with it.

We will have cake for us, and we are still debating on desserts. The venue does not allow outside food, so it'd have to be through the Hotel... We can just add on to the cake, which is most likely, and then add on Champagne. Smiley smile

Oh, and we'll have an hour of open bar. The reception isn't long, and an hour is what the package came with - I figured that'd be plenty fine for a 2 hour reception.

We live in an Alsatian town (French Provence that has French, Swiss & German influences) so we’re having a traditional meal with Jägerschnitzel, Alsatian sausage, spaetzle, sauerkraut, corn pudding & asparagus. I’m so freakin excited for the food.

We're having a very late brunch (4pm). Figured it would be OK since it's still a "non meal" time and I could do brunch any time of day!

    Quiche Lorraine

    Club Sandwich

    Fresh Fruit Salad

    Bread w/ butter and Jam

    Garden Salad

For desert we'll have a strawberry and whipped cream wedding torte and apple tarts.
