Hey guys! Wondering if y'all can help me with a small thing I've been debating...

Our wedding's theme is Vikings / Norse mythology... And I'm stumped on the food. Any ideas? Smiley sad

    What a unique theme! Are you and your FS interested in this mythology?

    I found this website (Norse Mythology for Smart People) and they have a section on viking food and drink. Stew seemed to be a common dish using animals and gardens they grew! You should browse this resource and see what dishes it inspires Smiley smile

    I see long bench like tables, beer (meed?) mugs, lots of white pillar candles, greenery, wheat, silver and wood.

    Hardy foods: fish, roast, lamb, multi grain breads, roasted potatoes, greens.

    Sounds fun!
