Hey Couples! So I am in the beginning stages of planning for my April '24 wedding. I have already decided that I want to have food trucks at my reception. In there anyone here in the StL area that knows of some venues that can accommodate this ... ?!

It sounds to me like you might want to look for outdoor venues if you're wanting food trucks. Otherwise you're going to have guests having to go back and forth- but if that's something your crowd won't mind then ignore me! What about the Botanical garden?

Right, I knew that I would have ppl going in and out. That’s why I’m looking for a venue that would accommodate or a venture that is in a park but has space for the trucks and guest parking. I could totally see having the ceremony at the gardens and then the reception over at Forest Park…

How many people are you planning on inviting? I have been to events with food trucks and they tend to serve people very slowly so not only will you need a space that can accommodate the food trucks and will need to make sure you have the space for a long period of time. I would honestly caution against food trucks at a wedding due to the length of time it will take for them to serve your guests.
