Hi ladies,

I'm getting married this coming Spring & am considering food trucks as an option for my food. Looking for any advice/experience from those who have used or are going to use food trucks in the future. We're in the Tampa Bay Area so any specific experience would be appreciated. I'm primarily curious to know how much food to serve. We're getting married around 4:30 and will have approximately 60 guests. Also, our venue hosts food trucks on a regular basis and have already approved the use of them for our wedding.

Thanks for any feedback!

Meghan

I guess I would just worry about the line. Even though it's only 60 people.

My brother did a food truck for an outdoor dawn wedding. They had coffee, donuts and pastries out on tables, and to order food like eggs, omelets, pancakes, sausage and bacon from the truck. The food was pretty good too. They did a great job with it, and it fit the laid back feel of his wedding.

I don't have any advice, but I love this idea!
