I went to a wedding that had sushi rollers, and it was some of the best I’ve ever had!

I went two different weddings and one had a pasta station with a awesome salad bar and the other one had a taco station. My cousin went to one that had a seafood boil station (she posted pictures on Instagram).

Everything sounds delicious!

I know that in the NYC area these are a staple for cocktail hour (often have 5-10 stations choices) that fill guests up so they really don’t need the plated meal that follows.
