Food safe paint?

Laura, on September 24, 2019 at 10:12 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 3
So I ordered a cake topper with Mr & Mrs (NewLastName) in plain wood. It’s nice but it’s sort of hard to see the details in the light wood color. So I thought about painting it white to go with the cake. Do I need food safe paint? Is there such a thing, and where do I find it?

I think you'd be able to find them in a baking section of a grocery

Wilton makes it. You can Google to see which color you want and which retailer has it.

    Hey there, Laura!

If you wanted to avoid using paint, perhaps some pre-made white fondant could do the trick? Or is the engraving not deep enough for this to work? Just an idea Smiley smile
