Chicken and a pasta! Chicken for gluten-free folks, and pasta for vegetarians. I know there’s more but that’s what comes to mind first.

Look up pizza bars as they are nice and cheap or Mexican or cuban food.

Barbecue is usually on the cheaper end! I live in SC and for $12.75 pp we're getting pulled barbecue pork, fried chicken, hash & rice, macaroni & cheese, baby limas, corn, and rolls Smiley love

We did a taco/nachos bar and my cousin had pizzas at her wedding. Everyone loved both.

BBQ and Italian are also pretty inexpensive options.

She just called a few hours before and placed the order, paid for everything then and scheduled the delivery. The set up was similar to this although I can't find a photo of her actual setup.

BBQ & Mexican you can get for $10 per person. I'd look into restaurant catering vs. traditional catering companies.

Italian and BBQ are always a hit! Chicken and mashed potatoes too!

It depends on your location and what the caterer is including. For a reference to be the flip side of this thread. We got quotes for basic breakfast. Eggs, hashbrowns, bacon.. and it came to over $100 a person after adding in the equipment and labour.
